The full form of TS-PRIDE – Telangana State Program for the Rapid Incubation of the Dalit
Entrepreneurs.
The Telangana government has developed a new industrial policy that intends to promote
sustainable industrial growth and to open up prospects for lucrative employment in the state of
Telangana.
The new Telangana State Industrial Policy will provide a number of new assistance initiatives that
will boost SC/ST business.
Additionally, it draws fresh domestic and foreign investments into the industrial sector.
The policy focuses on core manufacturing sectors with the goal of creating jobs for urban and
rural residents by enhancing their current capabilities at every stage.
The policy's most important result will be the manufacture of high-quality goods with great global
recognition at the most aggressive prices.
Additionally, it offers a way for entrepreneurs to file complaints online and through a support
desk.

TASK:
TASK enables a collaboration platform between Government, Academia and Industry to
enhance skilling, research and entrepreneurship among youth in Telangana.
TS-iPASS:
It is a certification system that provides support to industries, services, manufacturing
companies in Telangana.
T-Hub:
It is a Hyderabad-based startup ecosystem enabler by facilitating collaborations between
startups, venture capital firms, corporates.

In Telangana State, India, a project called Mission Kakatiya aims to restore all of the smaller
irrigation tanks and lakes.
In five years, this plan seeks to repair 46,531 lakes and tanks, which will store 265 TMC of water
around the state.
After taking office in June 2014, the Government of Telangana has begun implementing this
scheme.
To increase the amount of water that may be stored, silt is removed from lakes and tanks by
digging.
In the tank ayacut region, household agriculture income has likewise increased by 78.50%.

Jalayagnam:
It is a mass irrigation and water supply programme for drinking purposes in various regions
of Andhra Pradesh.
Water grid:
The water grid is a statewide network of storage and conveyance facilities.
Gramajyothi:
The objective of “Grama Jyothi” is to improve the service delivery to the people in core
sectors through the strengthening of the Gram Panchayats.

The Telangana government's Kalyana Lakshmi/Shaadi Mubarak welfare program offers financial
aid for weddings.
It is a creative plan for all the state's underprivileged citizens.
The program provides help in the amount of 1,00,116 and aims to prevent underage marriages
and assist financially struggling families with the cost of marriage.
The beneficiaries totaled 3,50,000 as of March 2018.
On March 19, 2018, the amount of financial support increased to $1,00,116 from $75,116.
It is given to the bride's family at the time of the wedding to cover the wedding costs.
1450 crores are the total budget allotted for the 2018–19 fiscal year.
A Telangana resident girl over the age of 18 who hails from any community and whose parents
whose combined yearly income does not exceed 2 lakh is eligible.

Mission Kakatiya
Mission Kakatiya ("Our Village Our Lake") is a scheme for restoring all the minor irrigation
tanks and lakes in Telangana State
This scheme aims to renovate 46,531 tanks and lakes, storing 265 TMC water across the
state in five years
This is the first program to be taken up by the Government of Telangana after coming into
power in June 2014.
The tanks and lakes are dug to remove silt for increasing water storage capacity.
The household agricultural income has also increased by 78.50% in the tank ayacut area

The name 'Mission Kakatiya' is a tribute to the rulers of Kakatiya, who built a great number
of chain tanks for agriculture across Telangana.
The project is being taken over by T Harish Rao, the Minister of Irrigation

The project was taken up in five phases
Phase one - 8003 tanks
Phase two - 8927 tanks
Phase three - 5886 tanks
Phase four - 6000 tanks
Phase five - Remainder and New tanks creation

A significant tree-planting campaign is called Telangana Ku Haritha Haram.
The Telangana government is carrying out this plan to raise the state's tree cover from 24% to
33%.
The Haritha Haram project in Telangana is ranked as the third-largest afforestation initiative in
human history.
With a cost of nearly Rs 8,511 crore, 243 crore saplings have been planted in the last eight years.
This helped the State's 9.65 lakh acres of forest lands to regenerate.
The Haritha Haram projects are having a positive environmental impact; as a result, the State has
increased its forest cover by 632 square kilometers, placing it second in the nation.
Hyderabad is the largest city in the nation to have added the most green space (48.66 square
kilometers) in the last ten years.
